Chap shuro

Chap shuro is one of the most delicious food and considered a pizza in Hunza. It is the bread filled with a mixture of chopped meat of beef, mutton or chicken with onions, chili peppers, tomato, and fresh coriander leaves, green chili, plain flour, water, salt, and oil. This dish is baked on medium heat on for 15 minutes until it turns brown. It has an amazing taste.
